How To Accomplish Your Goals Without Needing Motivation

We all want to become better people, stronger and healthier, more creative and more skilled, a better friend or family member. But even if we get really inspired and start doing things better, it’s tough to actually stick to new behaviors.

Luckily, you can use this strategy to make change easier and stick to your goals over the long term.

Here’s how it works:



Behaviors are simply a reflection of your current identity. What you do now is a mirror image of the type of person you believe that you are.

How to get started:

1. Decide the type of person you want to be.

2. Prove it to yourself daily with small wins you can become that person.

Start small and trust that the results will come as you develop a new identity.

You can’t rely on being motivated. You have to become the type of person you want to be, and that starts with proving your new identity to yourself.

Most people (myself included) will want to become better this coming year. Many of us, however, will set performance and appearance based goals in hopes that they will drive us to do things differently, and that’s not always the case.

If you’re looking to make a change, then I say stop worrying about results and start worrying about your identity. Become the type of person who can achieve the things you want to achieve. Build the habit now. The results can come later. 🙂



5 simple rules to ruling the world:

  • Pussy is power. Never try shaming down on another girl so you can feel better about yourself. Pussy is powerful. #WomenEmpowerment
  • Be sincere. You don’t have to be friendly, just be sincere.
  • Be you. Don’t lose yourself in your struggle to become a badass. Being a badass is not about getting into trouble and impressing people. It is being who you are, and being willing to fight for that
  • Actions. An original baddie will let their actions carry the full meaning of their intent. Badasses don’t care much about words because talk is cheap.
  • Be a respectful bitch. Stand up for what you believe in without the need to disrespect.  There is nothing more powerful then a woman who can control her demons. If you can’t control your demons, you can’t control shit. Baddies are natural at controlling and they know when to put their cards on the table and at the right time. 🙂
