The Five Minute Journal- Better You In 5 Minutes ($22.95)

Many of you have asked on SnapChat which journal I use. I love love love this little journal. This is such a lovely and easy tool for personal development and general gratitude and awareness. This journal helps me organize my thoughts and focus on what I am grateful for.  Starting your day with listing things you are grateful for REALLY DOES set the tone of the day nicely. Also, I have realized that when I think about the three things I want to accomplish that day to make it great, I am conscious of them throughout the day and I’m more inclined to do them. And then for the night section, it is so nice to reflect on the highlights of the day and you get a nice sense of accomplishment knowing you checked your to-do list. I recommend it. 🙂
